WPM-TS-02 Pneumatic Crimping Machine

1. Application Range and Feature

       TS-02 is a brand new design, desktop four-indent pneumatic crimping machine, used to crimp the wire and contact in electronic connectors.

      WIRE SIZE: from 25-75mm²  3AWG- 2/0AWG

2.  Operating Instructions

1). connect the air source, connect the foot treadle, pressure regulating valve, and air tube, and open the air source valve

2). Gear adjustment: under the indent opening, firstly lift the gear button, rotate the button clockwise, gear increase, rotate anti-clockwise, and gear decrease. Make sure the pointer in the right dial is directed at the needed calibration. Put down the gear button. Test the crimping diameter by a suitable gauge before operation.

3). Gear calibration: standing on the treadle switch, make the indent close. Put gage into the crimping hole, and test whether can go through or not.

4). Installing positioner: various customized positioners are available (purchase separately). Must under the indent open, rive the locking screw to make the paddle can move. Align the positioner at the axle hole and guideway, stir the paddle, fix the positioner, and screw the locking screw. Adjust the length of the screw rod, and lock the jam nut.
