Robust outer protection
Most machinery is packed in standard export-quality wooden cases designed to withstand international transit and resist impact, moisture and handling stress.
Internal cushioning
Inside each case, machines are braced with foam, bubble wrap and custom supports to eliminate movement and absorb shock in transit.
Small items & spare parts
Compact machines, accessories and spare parts ship in durable multi-layer cartons with appropriate internal padding to protect their integrity.
Custom packaging
Destination regulations often require specific treatment such as fumigation or heat-treated pallets. Tell us your requirements and we will accommodate them.
Inspection before dispatch
Every package is inspected and photographed before dispatch to confirm it is correctly braced, sealed and labelled.
Shipping Methods
- Ideal for: smaller or lighter machines, urgent spare parts and sample orders.
- Service: door-to-door, with fast clearance and minimal paperwork for you.
- Process: we compare carriers on rate and transit time and book the most reliable option available for your consignment.
- Tracking: full online tracking is normally provided.
- Transit time: generally 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
- Ideal for: consignments over roughly 100 kg where speed still matters but express rates become uneconomical.
- Service: airport-to-airport; customs clearance and onward transport at the destination are arranged by you.
- Process: we coordinate with trusted air freight forwarders to book space and manage documentation.
- Tracking: trackable via the airline or forwarder.
- Transit time: typically 5–10 business days to the destination airport, plus customs and delivery.
- Ideal for: large, heavy or bulky machinery where cost-effectiveness outweighs transit time.
- Service: port-to-port, FCL or LCL; clearance and inland transport at your end.
- Process: we partner with experienced sea freight forwarders to handle booking, loading and export documentation.
- Tracking: container tracking is usually available.
- Transit time: varies by port, commonly 15–45+ days.
Key Shipping Information
Freight cost depends on the gross weight and volume of the packed goods, the shipping method chosen and the destination. A clear written quotation is issued before your order is confirmed, so there are no surprises at the end.
Where practical we will suggest alternatives — for example consolidating several machines into one container — to reduce your total landed cost.
Once your consignment is on the way we send the tracking number together with the relevant carrier contact details, so you can follow its progress and plan installation and staffing accordingly.
Marine and transit insurance can be arranged on request to cover loss or damage in transit (additional premium applies). Many of our customers ship under their own open policy — either arrangement is fine.
Buyers are normally responsible for import duties, taxes and clearance fees in their own country. We supply the full export documentation set — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and certificate of origin where applicable — to make clearance straightforward.
If you already work with a preferred forwarder, we are happy to ship on your account. Send us their contact details and we will coordinate the handover and paperwork directly.
