7. Application Workflow
The machine follows a streamlined, semi-automated workflow designed to maximize throughput while maintaining exceptional soldering quality. The process consists of the following steps:
Step 1: Manual Loading
The operator places connectors into the precision fixture, positioning them for the automated process sequence.
Step 2: Wire Stripping
The machine automatically removes the outer jacket of the cable to the exact specified length with high precision.
Step 3: Cutting
Wires are cut to the precise required length, ensuring dimensional accuracy for downstream processing.
Step 4: Peeling
Inner insulation layers are carefully removed, exposing the conductor bundles without damage.
Step 5: Core Stripping
Individual core wires are stripped to expose the bare conductors, ready for soldering.
Step 6: Vibratory Feeding
The automated vibratory feeding system delivers connectors in proper orientation to the soldering station.
Step 7: Automatic Soldering
Precision soldering of all contacts is performed automatically with controlled temperature and dwell time for perfect joints.
Step 8: Automatic Unloading
Finished products are automatically ejected from the fixture, ready for quality inspection and packaging.
