4. Function Introduction
4.1 Lifting Cylinder 1 - Soldering Iron Height
Adjusts the soldering height of the iron tip. Turn the nut on top of the cylinder to control the downward travel of the soldering iron head.
4.2 Lifting Cylinder 2 - Solder Wire Feed Height
Controls the descent height of the solder wire. Adjust the screw rod at the bottom of the cylinder to set the desired feed position.
4.3 Control Display
The digital display allows you to configure the following parameters:
Wire Feed Amount: The length of solder wire fed out per cycle. 1000 = 1mm, 10000 = 10mm, and so on.
Wire Retract Amount: The length the solder wire retracts after soldering is complete. This is factory-set and adjustment is not recommended.
Wire Feed Speed: The speed at which solder wire is fed during the soldering process.
Soldering Time: The duration of each soldering cycle (in seconds).
Retract Delay: The delay before the solder wire retracts after each soldering cycle, ensuring proper positioning for the next cycle (in seconds).
Blow Time: After each soldering cycle, compressed air blows away excess solder residue from the iron tip for clean subsequent operations (in seconds).
4.4 205 High-Frequency Soldering Station
The soldering station features intuitive temperature controls:
▲ : Increase temperature
▼ : Decrease temperature
*  : Confirm / Enter setting
5. Pre-Use Precautions
