Automatic flat wrapping machine WPM-6-12

The Wrap Taping Machine is perfect for flat wrap tapes, such as those used in automotive wiring harnesses, electronic wires, medical wires, cables and more. It can mark, fix and insulate with ease using acetate adhesive tape (6-12mm width) that has a thickness of at least 0.15mm. This machine can automatically wrap up to five points while keeping the tape flat and free of wrinkles to ensure each loop is wrapped with a 1/2 overlap.

 The machine can easily switch between different winding modes, including point winding at the same position and direct spiral winding at different positions. It also allows for easy setting of laps and speed, with an output display function available.

The machine is perfect for wrapping tape after crimping at the intermediate point. You can adjust the length of the tape using numbers, which makes it convenient, fast and accurate. This flat wrap taping machine is suitable for cable wrapping and uses automatic CNC technology with a tape width of 6-12mm.
